Urbis shaping Futures your way! The Opportunity: Urbis is seeking a Team Administrator or Senior Team Administrator to join our Economics and Property team!
This role is open to candidates from Sydney or Melbourne.
This opportunity is suited for a proactive individual, who is tech savvy and wanting to gain valuable experience providing high quality administrative support to a high performing business unit.
The team administrator will deliver secretarial, word processing and administrative support, achieved through exceptional personal organisation and time management.
You will: Manage and monitor emails, diary, conferences and meeting room bookings, catering and video conference arrangements;Create relevant expense reports on behalf of Directors including reconciliation and entry of expense items and receipts;Organise travel arrangements as needed which may include flight and hotel bookings, car hire arrangements, and other transportation arrangements;Coordinate team meetings, marketing activities, events and resources;Provide administrative support to the wider team including report and document preparation, compilation and formatting, word processing, data entry support and excel formatting and PowerPoint presentations;Coordinate tender responses and document production generally, in a fast and accurate manner;Assist with monthly invoicing for the team and coordinate invoicing with Directors;Provide a high level of technical support on all Microsoft Office Suite, Urbis Practice Management System (BST) and expense management systems;Other duties as directed.About You: Demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting multiple stakeholders;Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel in particular);Experience using the systems – BST *desirable;High proficiency in both spelling and grammar;Exceptional time management and organisational skills.Why Urbis?
