Our future is exciting, and we want you to be a part of it. The Role An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a highly organised professional to join our dynamic team based in our Southbank office. As the Team Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing core administration functions to the Bid & Business Development team. Support in bid coordination, content management, and tender program maintenance. Assist in designing and laying out tender/proposal programs including the creation of illustrative graphics/flow charts. Contribute towards the documentation for the Bid/Business Development Library. Assist in meetings, from planning to execution, ensuring smooth proceedings. Ensure compliance with company policies as well as health, safety, and environmental standards.

About You Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior administration or business support role. Experience in the compilation/preparation of proposal documentation highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint. Solutions focused with a positive can do attitude. You're a team player who likes to have a laugh!
