What's on offer?
Scouting out efficiency, centralizing processes and improving processes, as a Corporate Services Administrator with Optic Security Group, you'll be on the ball. A newly created position, this role will sit across Australia and New Zealand, working with different departments and process streams within the organisation. You will have responsibility for various company-wide tasks, including coordinating employee training, facilities management coordination and vendor engagement. If you like a fast-paced environment and variety in your work life, this is the role for you. 


We need someone who has the ability to take initiative, supporting through to completion of new company developments and internal projects. This role is key in developing, reviewing and implementing internal policy and process frameworks for operational management. 


Tasks you can also expect to do include:
Proactively updating customers on service work and enquires. Creating and modifying service contracts in Pronto. Dispatching and scheduling technicians to customer sites. Oversee technician inductions, inspections and internal QHSE compliance. Submitting to and working in customer portals. Invoicing, purchase orders and data entry. Who's the client? Experience with Pronto or other ERP systems will be key. Knowledge of the security industry is desirable, but not a deal breaker. Current Australian Drivers Licence.  Trustworthiness, accountability and a high attention to detail. Enjoys working in a collaborative, communal team environment. Possess a customer centric focus, comfortable dealing with all levels. Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly. Coming from the service provider industry, you'll be confident in how things operate. You'll be well versed in communicating with external customers and suppliers, as well as internal departments of course.
