About the area College Services provides essential academic administration and technical support services to the University's schools.
The Schools Operations team is committed to delivering effective support for academic staff and research students, aligning with UWA's strategic objectives in teaching excellence and operational efficiency.
About the opportunity Deliver high-quality administrative support for the University's teaching programs & units including student assessment and exams, timetabling and class allocations, LMS administration, and support for programs such as honours/final year projects etc.
Collaborate across multiple teams to drive service efficiency, supporting Schools Operations and ensuring an optimal learning environment.
Engage in continuous improvement of processes to enhance the University's teaching support framework.
About you Relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial experience in a similar administrative role.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to providing quality customer service.
Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email systems.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and productivity.
