Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant/Unqualified Educator to join our team at Aspire People. This role involves supporting students in primary schools in the Leeds area.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist teachers with lesson planning and delivery, including support for students with SEMH and SEND.Provide one-to-one support to students requiring additional help.Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of students.Contribute to classroom management and behavior support.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.RequirementsWe are looking for a qualified or experienced Teaching Assistant/Unqualified Educator with a strong background in supporting primary students in the UK.
