While qualifications are desirable, we welcome candidates with relevant experience and a commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.Provide support to individual students or small groups, ensuring a positive learning environment.Help create and maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students. Requirements: Experience working with children in an educational setting.A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development.8:15-4:30 Monday to Friday, excluding Wednesday where it's a 3:30 finishWorking within Key Stage 2 classes. Qualification:While qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 are desirable, they are not essential.
