Staff must remain employed in the location until the end of the school year to be eligible to receive the second payment. The ARI payment is in addition to other incentives that may apply in this school.About the roleThe successful applicant would be a dedicated and highly motivated educator, with the ability to provide high quality teaching and learning programs to meet the needs of our students. To be suitable for this role, you should be student and relationship focused, innovative and able to work effectively in a team environment. You would reflect on and evaluate the effectiveness of your teaching practice using a variety of methods available within the school and provide educational opportunities and activities which enable students to achieve success.The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply their expertise of the Visual Arts Learning Area primarily in Years 7 to 12 although may be required to teach in Years 1-6. You should also have an understanding of how to differentiate your teaching to meet the needs of a diverse range of students in your classes and utilise your knowledge and teaching experience to encourage and support our students to achieve outstanding results.Our schoolMerredin College is a lighthouse rural school providing a high-quality educational program for approximately 600 students from kindergarten to Year 12.
