The role requires cultural sensitivity, Deaf awareness, and the ability to collaborate with Deaf families and the local Deaf community. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Deaf pedagogical practices and experience implementing interventions in both Auslan and English. Key responsibilities include co-teaching, supporting psycho-social needs, advising on assistive technology, and developing inclusive, evidence-based teaching programs.
