Amaroo Environmental Education Centre - Darling Downs South West
Applications are sought for teachers specialising in outdoor & environmental education with flexibility in daily program delivery, enthusiasm for outdoors and learning, passion for environmental education, and making a difference in students' lives. Adaptability and willingness to learn and teach in outdoor settings with NEW and diverse students from P-12 every day is essential. Willingness to travel and work variable hours (to accommodate set-up and travel) is also required.
Amaroo Environmental Education Centre delivers Environmental Education programs to visiting schools in DDSWR from P-12, focusing on sustainability, Indigenous perspectives, and health and wellbeing. We value the environment as a teacher for students and are student-focused. We design, promote, and deliver highly effective environmental and Indigenous education programs for schools (P-12) and the community, including building the capability of schools with professional development for teachers.

Applicants for these positions must possess: A relevant teaching qualification.Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland.
