We currently have positions available located at various TAFE NSW Campuses within our North Region.
About You To be successful in the role you will have:
Appropriate subject knowledge, skills and vocational qualifications in teaching English and/or Humanities subjects and a commitment to maintain technical currency. A qualification at AQF7 (or above) with 2 years of full-time study in the relevant subject area for Humanities and English. Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence. Highly Regarded Experience in teaching the study, analysis, and exploration of English literature in a variety of texts in all modes.
Experience in teaching Humanities.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to work within teams.
