In this role, you will be responsible for:

Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in the classroom, and online via MS Teams. Adhering to industry standards and best practices in the industry. Fostering a sense of motivation and growth among students to establish a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Continuously assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to aid in their development and achievement of learning goals. About You We are looking for passionate and engaged individuals who meet the following essential requirements:

Cert III Pathology collection (18 hours fortnight working eligibility criteria) or Cert III Health Administration or higher. Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously. Hold the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
