Position Title: Teacher - Health and Physical Education
Branch: Canning Vale College

Salary: Teacher, $78,397 - $113,568 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2021)
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025 Canning Vale College (CVC) is an Independent Public School with approx. 1,350 students from Years 7 to 12 and approx. 180 staff. We are a large, comprehensive, and modern secondary school catering for children from Years 7 to 12. Our students benefit from a variety of subject choices and resources, including specialist teachers and state-of-the-art facilities offering the best chance of achieving at the highest level.

The successful applicant should be a passionate teacher of Health and Physical Education (HPE), with a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. You should be able to display the professional knowledge, understanding, and experience to deliver an engaging and relevant secondary HPE curriculum from early and middle adolescent phases of learning through to senior secondary courses. The successful applicant would be expected to be familiar with the Teaching for Impact framework and understand what effective teachers believe, know, and do to enable students to succeed.
