Eligible staff will receive a percentage of this payment on commencement at the school, with the remainder paid at the end of the school year. Staff must remain employed in the location until the end of the school year to be eligible to receive the second payment. You will ideally be able to deliver content in an engaging manner and be a highly effective team member. As a reflective practitioner, you will possess effective data literacy and a capacity to modify your practice to meet identified student needs. The capacity to engage in the development and implementation of innovative classroom practices, including integration of information technology into the curriculum would be ideal.The successful applicant should have the ability to work collaboratively to plan and implement effective teaching and learning plans. You will ideally provide excellence in creating and maintaining a supportive and safe learning environment and provide educational opportunities and activities which enable students to achieve their highest potential.In the first instance, only applicants with teaching qualifications will be considered. Where there are no suitable applicants with teaching qualifications, applicants without teaching qualifications may be considered.We will also consider an internal secondment opportunity for permanent teachers in other locations within the Department of Education who would like to work at our school for up to three years and retain their substantive position.
