Your responsibilities will include: Leading a safe and happy learning environment where children can reach their full potential Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Applying your sound knowledge of child development and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Creating a safe and nurturing learning environment tailored to each child's needs and development stages Qualifications Required: A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates Certification in Mandatory Reporting and other relevant obligations Randstad Education is committed to the safety of children and we have a zero tolerance approach to all forms of child abuse or neglect.
