Salary: Teacher, $82,317 - $119,246 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023)
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025 Leinster Community School is a level 4 school located in the Goldfields Education Region, approximately 370 kilometres north of Kalgoorlie. It is a community school with a 'One school ethos' catering for students in kindergarten to year 12. At Leinster Community School, it is our goal to embrace our motto of 'Engage, Challenge, Succeed.' The successful applicant will be a passionate, motivated, and skilled educator who is committed to improving literacy and numeracy outcomes for every child, every day, through our evidence-based pedagogies and whole school approaches, explicit teaching, and instructional strategies. We are looking for teachers who implement explicit, systematic instruction together with intentional play-based learning aligned to the National Quality Standards in the Early Years of instruction.
The successful applicant will be committed to developing positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community. They should possess a strong capacity to plan challenging and engaging programs using an excellent understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum and Early Years Framework.
