Total Remuneration Package: $82 - $88.60 Per Hour
About The Role: We are seeking a passionate Teacher in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to join us on a sessional basis in Bendigo!
Employing a collaborative and proactive work approach, you will deliver quality vocational education and training for upcoming trainers and assessors.
You will get a chance to work with industry and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Playing a pivotal role in the TAFE, your passion will assist when supporting new trainers and assessors to develop facilitation and assessment skills.
You will contribute to the design, facilitation and evaluation of high-quality training programs and assessment tools.
As a teacher, you will work alongside a collaborative and innovative high performing team who are passionate about delivering quality outcomes to students.
We are excited about you because you have: MUST HAVE: TAE50111, TAE50116 or TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or a higher-level qualification in adult education Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or (TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A). Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed.
Substantial experience as a trainer and assessor in a VET context.
