We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant educational community.
Teacher Assistant Ongoing position 18.24 hours per week - 0.48FTE (Term Time Only – 40 weeks per year) 8.30am – 3.00pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday This ongoing part-time position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning.
As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and students, contributing to an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting teachers in classroom activities, lesson preparations, and student supervision.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with varying abilities and needs.
Helping to create and maintain an engaging and organized classroom setting.
Developing positive relationships with students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.
Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the overall well-being of students.

To be successful in this role, you should possess: A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.
