We are seeking passionate and industry qualified individuals for full-time roles, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of animal sciences education.In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality training and assessment to students enrolled in Certificates II and III in Animal Care and Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. You'll assist with course development, using your industry expertise to create engaging, relevant learning materials, and ensuring students gain the practical skills and knowledge required for a thriving career in animal sciences.As an industry expert, your real-world experience and enthusiasm for teaching will directly impact student success. You'll provide invaluable support and mentorship, guiding the next generation of Animal Sciences professionals as they build the skills to succeed in this vital industry in the Gippsland region.About youThe ideal candidate will bring a proactive, confident approach, complemented by excellent interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to build strong relationships with both students and industry stakeholders. You'll be adept at using your expertise to inspire and support students while maintaining connections with the broader agricultural community.You will possess strong ICT skills, a solid understanding of training packages, and a keen awareness of compliance and quality standards.
