About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified and experienced industry professionals to become part of our Allied Health teaching team on a part time basis.
The role involves teaching students in Allied Health qualification.
Your responsibilities will include offering support and guidance to students, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in the Allied Health sector.
The primary responsibility of a teacher involves delivering high quality training and assessment, creating educational resources, and handling administrative tasks associated with course delivery including assessment marking.
At TAFE Gippsland the role of the Teacher is to

Share knowledge and experience in your specialist area;
Manage the learning process to enable students to achieve their best;
Develop and deliver relevant and industry current course material;
Ensure that their own professional teaching and vocational competence and currency is kept up to date along with licensing requirements.
What you'll need

Minimum requirement is Certificate IV Training & Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus TAEASS502 and TAELLN411; (highly desirable)
Qualified Allied Health Professional or minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health
Minimum 3 years industry experience in Allied health.
