About TGS TGS was founded in 1875 and is a member school of the Great Public Schools Association of Queensland (GPS).
It is an independent non-denominational day and boarding school for boys with a total enrolment of 1,200 from Preparatory to Year 12.
There are approximately 300 boarders in the School coming predominantly from throughout Queensland, Northern New South Wales and the Northern Territory.
The School's campus covers 20.5 hectares and is located one kilometre from the centre of Toowoomba.

About the Position The Junior School Teacher Aide will play a crucial role in supporting classroom routines and ensuring the well-being and care of students during various class activities.
This position involves assisting the teacher with instructional tasks, helping to manage classroom behaviour, and providing individual attention to boys as needed.
The Teacher Aide will foster a positive and engaging learning environment, contributing to the overall development and success of the students.
Additionally, this role may include organising materials, preparing for lessons, and collaborating with the teaching staff to support the diverse needs of the boys in the Junior School.
About You You are a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
Organised and proactive, you efficiently support classroom activities and engage well with students, teachers, and parents.
