Salary: Teacher, $82,317 - $119,246 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023)
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025 Western Australian College of Agriculture – Morawa (WACOA – Morawa) is a highly regarded Independent Public School, which enrols students from across Western Australia to study specialist agriculture courses and trade certificates, while living in a modern co-education, residential boarding facility.
The successful applicant will be an active contributor to the Agriculture learning area and should be reflective in their practice to support professional growth and improve educational outcomes for students. You will ideally possess a sound understanding of the Agricultural curriculum and courses and knowledge and the ability to use high impact learning strategies to successfully engage students in Agriculture should be evident in your practice.
The ability to differentiate curriculum and implement innovative approaches to improve outcomes for both high and low achieving students is a key element to this position. You will ideally build positive relationships with your students and be passionate about creating positive futures for students, and utilise evidence based decision making skills within your practice.
