About the Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Delivery and monitoring of Responsible Behaviour Plan for years 7-12, Individual Behaviour Plans, and negotiate clearly articulated classroom rules and responsibilities for red zone students. Contribute as part of a professional team working with the school and the community, and liaise with students, teachers, parents, guidance officers, special needs teachers, administrative officers, officers of welfare agencies, and other government departments. Facilitate the forging of links between the school and families of students who show persistent behaviour problems, to encourage students' continuous engagement at school and assist students to determine their future educational requirements. Maintain records of student and parent contacts on a continual daily basis. Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
