TCD are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager, with a keen interest and experience in major Civil Projects.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Long term, secure project work Lifestyle friendly rosters - 8/6 Industry leading salary Exposure to a variety of clients, projects and geographical locations Weekly Pay ABOUT THE ROLE: Act as a coach, mentor and leader to your direct reports with a demonstrated lead by example approach modelling our values to the project team Commercial and contract management; including EOT, claims, variations and monthly reporting Prepare Project P&L Forecasts and managing project cost control Leading overall project deliverables including planning, resourcing, cost and people Approval and engagement of suppliers and subcontractors Client and key stakeholder engagement Lead and model safe behaviors within the workplace that are consistent with the TCD core company values ABOUT YOU: Tertiary qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering - highly desirable Minimum five (5) years' experience as a Project Manager working on Civil Construction projects, ideally in Western Australia Minimum ten (10) years' experience working on Civil projects Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining positive communication with your colleagues and key internal and external stakeholders Knowledge and understanding of site-based risks and control Excellent communication and organisational skills Aptitude for working with various computer software systems Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business A keen ability to demonstrate initiative and problem solving within daily tasks Able to work accurately, methodically and neatly – Attention to detail is key Committed to safety, problem solving and working as part of a team If you are interested in joining the TCD Team, Apply Now!
