LastPass is looking for a Senior Account Executive (SMB): As a Senior Account Executive at LastPass, you'll focus on building new business and creating upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing customers and prospects in the SMB space (50-1000 employees). You'll be set up for success with the support of our Channel, Product Specialist, and Solutions Consulting teams.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on? Contributing to LastPass's revenue growth by refining our sales process to meet our fiscal year targets. Enhancing our partner engagement strategy to maximize impact. Focusing on value creation, both for customers and for the business. Taking a local approach to your territory while staying globally informed about industry news and trends. What does it take to work at LastPass? Proven success in a high-velocity, quota-carrying sales role. Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to forecast accurately and consistently. A self-starter with excellent time management skills and accountability. Experience managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping and prioritization. A solid understanding of partner/channel programs and the ability to build and leverage relationships. Proficiency in using sales dashboards and reporting tools to manage your territory efficiently. A competitive drive combined with a commitment to continuous self-improvement and success. A focus on creating value for customers while helping teammates achieve collective goals. A positive, solution-oriented mindset aimed at solving problems and advancing LastPass's mission. It's great, but not required: Willingness to travel to partner and company events as needed. Ability to customize CRM reports to work more efficiently with your territory data. Previous experience with Clari, our internal forecasting tool. Why LastPass?
