Eclipse Trading is one of Asia's leading proprietary derivatives trading firms. The successful candidate will be part of our Compliance team and will be based in Hong Kong. This is an onsite role, and it will report to the Senior Compliance Manager also based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities This role will be responsible for compliance operations covering various entities within the Eclipse Group across different locations, including:
on-going monitoring procedures, including personal account dealing, continuous professional training and other compliance audits as necessary; compliance-related filings to financial regulators and exchanges, such as licensing applications, industry surveys and questionnaires; regular reporting of Management Information (MI) to management team; conduct impact assessments to identify potential business impacts of regulatory change; preparation for regulatory inspections and submissions; development and enhancement of compliance procedures throughout the firm; and any other administrative duties that commensurate with the purpose of the role.
