Tax & Revenue team We have an opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to join our growing Tax and Revenue team.
Our team works closely with independent and in-house accounting teams to navigate and support our clients through the intricacies of Australia's tax and revenue law environment.
We have significant experience in obtaining favourable tax outcomes in restructuring, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in dealing with regulatory authorities in reviews, audit negotiations and dispute resolution.
Our regional, national and international clients appreciate our sophisticated and broad-ranging experience, coupled with our drive to provide outstanding levels of service.
About you and our role We are seeking applications from lawyers with 1-3 years PAE with strong technical expertise in tax and revenue law.
Our role will provide you with the opportunity to gain broad tax, commercial and corporate experience with guidance from highly experienced practitioners on complex matters.
Our focus spans a variety of industries, ensuring you will engage with diverse and challenging matters.
