Tax Operation Specialist, Senior Associate

Who we are looking forThe Custody Tax team handles client documentation for availing tax reliefs or processing tax reclaims that are withheld at the source of dividend/interest payments.What you will be responsible forYour key responsibilities:Collect and analyze tax information and documentation provided by clients.Support onboarding of new clients for custody tax-related processes.Update the tax database allowing correct fiscal treatment according to applicable client residence, status, and sub-custodian procedures.Provide clients with regular market updates and tax filing status.Manage fiscal documentation required for relief-at-source and monitor the application status.Collaborate with internal counterparts in EMEA and North America to collect tax information and resolve client inquiries.Perform daily controls on team activity as per existing SOPs and checklists to ensure priorities have been respected and tasks have been properly performed.What we valueEducation & Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.2-3 years of relevant experience in custody operations or tax administration.Sound knowledge about Custody Operations, Tax Relief at source, and Reclaim.Fluency in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes.Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational skills.
