The Role Tax Compliance and Reporting: Corporate Tax: Ensure timely and accurate filing of annual corporate tax returns with the Australian Tax Office, adhering to domestic and international tax laws.Quarterly Reporting: Deliver quarterly tax reports for SEC compliance.Transfer Pricing: Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies that align with Australian and global regulations.Tax Consulting: Provide strategic tax advice to internal teams on business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions. Collaborate with the Global Tax Function.Regulatory Updates: Stay current with tax law changes and inform stakeholders of their impact.Indirect Taxes: GST, FBT, Withholding, and PAYG: Oversee compliance activities in partnership with the Financial Control team.
