They are currently seeking an experienced tax manager to support the organisation during a maternity cover period.

A broad and high profile commercial position, the Tax Manager will support the tax team with a range of tax advisory and compliance duties.
Specific duties will include: Manage direct and indirect transfer pricing matters Australian international tax compliance including CBC reporting and CFC calculations Act as the key contact for all regional tax advisory matters Advise the business on transfer pricing implications from transactions and key business initiatives Support the business with tax authority reviews and controversy matters Support the Group CFO and Chief Tax Officer with the tax transparency report Special projects such as the implementation of new tax technology improvements and initiatives The Expertise Please consider expressing an interest in this position or if you are immediately available with superior experience working in a large listed multinational business in a senior tax advisory role or you are seeking to transition from a professional services corporate tax team.
Additionally you will be: Degree qualified (Accounting, Commerce, Law) CA/CPA qualified Masters of Tax or partially completed (preferred, but not essential) Strong tax technical knowledge Income tax experience is mandatory Extensive international tax experience Tax advisory experience (transactions, tax controversy) This position will provide the rare opportunity to work directly with the Group CFO on the tax transparency report.
