Broken Hill/Hybrid 2 year FTC Dynamic Construction Projects National Law Firm Tax Lawyer role - Associate/Senior Associate Level Salary + Bonus + Client Incentive Payments This leading national law firm is looking for a talented Tax Lawyer to join their Tax and Revenue legal team.
As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will handle a wide spectrum of tax matters including CGT, GST, income tax, land tax, payroll tax, and stamp duty.
Your primary focus will be providing transactional advice, with occasional involvement in tax dispute resolution.
Requirements: You are a client-centric tax lawyer driven to advance your career in tax law.
Your approach is characterised by exceptional client service and a pragmatic mindset aimed at achieving favourable outcomes.
You possess strong drafting and research skills, capable of managing cases independently while seeking guidance from partners when needed.
Highly organised and proactive, you excel in file management and are adept at identifying and addressing potential challenges.
