BINGO industries are looking for our newest Tax & Treasury Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our tax & treasury strategies in alignment with our financial objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities: Drive tax, treasury, and insurance strategies to align with the company's financial goals. Oversee timely preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Implement tax strategies to minimise liabilities and optimise financial performance. Manage and optimise cash flow, preparing accurate forecasts for financial obligations. Oversee debt management and implement hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks. Lead internal and external audits for tax, treasury, and insurance functions, ensuring effective communication. Identify and implement improvements and automation in tax reporting, treasury management, and insurance claims. Ensure compliance with governance requirements and maintain a strong internal control framework. Assess tax related implications and advise management and other departments to achieve beneficial outcomes. Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate and reduce the impact to the business. What makes you a GOgetter: Must hold a CPA or CA certification. 10 years of experience in tax compliance, treasury management, or financial accounting; strong candidates with fewer years will be considered. Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail in financial reporting and risk management. Strong financial systems and modelling tool skills (Excel, Power BI, report writing and technical skills). Strong communicator adept at engaging with financial and non-financial stakeholders, and managing relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
