Our client is a rapidly growing accounting and advisory firm with a strong national and global presence. This role is ideal for an experienced Manager ready to step into a senior position, leading, inspiring, and growing a high-performing team of tax specialists. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the Tax Advisory team while delivering exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality tax consultancy, including report writing, advisory letters, and thought leadership articles. Provide advice on transactions, such as business sales, acquisitions, and international deals. Conduct research on complex tax matters and offer strategic recommendations. Manage and develop a growing team of tax advisors, including performance management and career development. Oversee client engagements, workflow coordination, and final compliance reviews. Identify new business development and referral opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or related degree. 4+ years' experience in professional services, focusing on business advisory and tax compliance. Strong understanding of complex business structures and technical concepts (e.g., income tax, GST, international tax, state taxes). Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a team. Master of Tax (or willingness to pursue) is desirable. Benefits: Competitive salary with regular reviews.
