Our client is a highly reputable medium sized accounting firm based in the heart of Southbank!
You will be close to public transport and have access to excellent amenities.
This position provides lots of variety where no two days will be the same.
Our ideal Administrator is passionate about the accounting industry and keen to make a difference.
Your duties and responsibilities may include: Meeting and greeting clients Email/records and database management Handling client and office correspondences, including ATO correspondences Scheduling appointments Executive and administrative support to the Director and overall team Invoicing Reception relief cover when required You will have previous administration experience ideally in an accounting firm, along with excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, meticulous organisational ability and a confident, polished and enthusiastic approach to work.
You will receive full training and ongoing support.
This role will suit a person who is cheerful, hard working, has an ability to think on their feet and a willingness to be an active member of a growing and dynamic firm.
