This role offers an excellent platform for career growth, providing exposure to various aspects of taxation within a large multinational organisation.Assist with the tax effect accounting for the group including half-year and annual reportingContribute to the preparation and lodgement of Australian income tax returnsSupport the preparation and lodgement of Australian Business and Instalment Activity StatementsAid in the preparation of FBT returnsMaintain the Australian tax fixed asset registerParticipate in ad-hoc tax projects across the groupAssist with the tax budgeting and forecasting process for income tax expense and cash tax paidHelp implement group tax proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance tax compliance and process efficienciesWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for this Tax Accountant role will bring a wealth of knowledge from their educational background in Commerce, Accounting, Taxation or a related field. They will be studying towards a CA/CPA qualification and have demonstrated experience in Australian tax compliance. Their excellent communication skills will enable them to build strong relationships and understand stakeholder needs.
