(pro rata) (Subject to private practice agreement) plus superannuation and salary packagingPermanent part-time working 7.5 hours per weekAbout the Role Join our dynamic team as a TAVI Consultant in the Cardiology Unit at CALHN, where you will play a pivotal role in advancing interventional structural heart care. In this position, you will deliver best practice clinical services, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care. Your expertise will directly contribute to the development and implementation of innovative clinical pathways, enhancing patient outcomes and promoting a culture of safety and excellence within our unit.
In addition to providing exceptional clinical services, you will engage in vital research and educational initiatives, fostering a collaborative learning environment. About You We're looking for a passionate and skilled TAVI Consultant who meets the following key requirements:
Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent, with appropriate specialist qualifications and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority.Clinical Excellence: Proven expertise in cardiology and structural interventions, particularly in TAVI, with a strong commitment to quality patient care and improvement.Interpersonal Skills: Highly developed communication abilities, with a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and engage with diverse patients.Professional Development: Enthusiastic about continuous personal and professional growth, actively participating in training and maintaining high professional standards.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
