What You'll Do: Lead the Team:
- Inspire and manage our team of talented tattoo artists and support staff.
- Conduct regular meetings to keep everyone on track and motivated.
- Create a positive and supportive studio environment.Daily Operations:
- Ensure the studio is always clean, safe, and inviting.
- Keep track of inventory and make sure we're stocked with all the essentials.
- Manage appointment schedules to ensure smooth operations.Customer Service:
- Provide an outstanding experience for every client from the moment they walk in.
- Address any questions or concerns with a friendly attitude.
