Tassal has an exciting opportunity, and we are looking to engage with candidates for the role of Process Improvement Engineer. The role will provide expertise in driving continuous and efficient delivery across all of our Farming Operations, a hugely exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities Monitoring, analysing and evaluating operational efficienciesDeveloping and implementing changes in order to minimise risk, and improve quality and productivityFacilitate and foster a culture of continuous improvement across multiple sitesSupport CAPEX projects as a start-up lead and embedding Project Management methodologyLead critical operational improvement initiativesAbout You You will have a proven ability in applying problem-solving tools/methodologies, as well as developing, monitoring and maintaining process control standardsAdvanced technical skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a large organisationExperience in delivering continuous improvement initiativesData analysis forms a key part of your toolkit, as does experience in managing projects and delivering outcomesYou will also offer an understanding of Lean and process control principles (Six Sigma) with proven application for process optimisationTertiary qualified in an Engineering discipline, with hands-on industrial process experienceA high level of tenacity and determinationWhy join Tassal?
