Are you a dynamic leader who instills a positive workplace culture with a knack for driving sales, fostering Client relationships and you don't mind being hands on in the warehouse?
We're looking for a Service Centre Manager to join the team and lead a small, dedicated group to achieve outstanding results.

Achieve High ROI: Drive an annual Return on Investment (ROI) in excess of 19% through strategic management, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
Enhance Customer Service: Implement and maintain high standards for customer interactions, operational efficiency, and service quality.
Control Costs: Monitor and manage operating expenses, seek cost-saving opportunities, and ensure effective budget adherence.
Maximise Asset Return: Oversee stock management, capital expenditures, and investment returns to optimise profitability.
Develop Your Team: Motivate, train, and develop your team, fostering a strong and skilled workforce.
The team here are fantastic, we seek a Manager who aligns with the Values and has a similar management style to the current Manager Grow Sales and Customer Base: Expand market presence, build lasting customer relationships, and drive sales growth.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all statutory, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in a service centre or similar environment.
Experience in a sales focused environment, with the ability to build and foster relationships with a diverse range of people Strong track record in managing performance, improving customer service, and achieving KPI's, budgets and financial targets Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with company standards.
Ability to adapt to systems, retain product information Ability to commit to Statewide travel - approximately twice per month and attend Interstate Management meetings annually.
In addition the the above you must also hold a valid drivers licence, be willing to undertake psychometric testing, a full medical and consent to a National Police check.
