Assist the Assistant Director, Compliance and Dispute Resolution to perform functions under the relevant legislation including the management and conduct of performance reviews, investigations, prosecutions, and promote compliance.

Period of Appointment Fixed term until 9 October 2025
Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties Provide timely and accurate information and guidance on legislation administered by the Unit and identify possible breaches where appropriate. Conduct investigations as required to prepare a recommendation for the statutory officer. Investigate complaints, allegations, and other matters as directed by the Manager Rental Services and Assistant Director, Compliance and Dispute Resolution. Prepare orders and Notices under relevant legislation for the statutory officer. Prepare prosecution files, reports, and recommendations in relation to investigations in a timely manner. Promote, develop, and assist with the implementation of programs, policy, and guidelines that improve understanding of and compliance with relevant legislation. Respond to enquiries and complaints by providing information and advice to stakeholders on the operation of relevant Acts and Regulations. As required perform other tasks and duties within the division. Current Drivers Licence.
