Salary: $107,899 to $122,292 per annum
Employment type: Fixed term, full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2025.

The Team: The Virtual Care Data Team supports the delivery of high-quality virtual care by providing business and technical support, data administration and analysis, and project management for key virtual care systems. Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, the team ensures the effective integration of digital solutions that enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.
The Role: The Senior Business and Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Virtual Care Data Team by providing expert advice on data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance the delivery of virtual care services. This role is responsible for developing and implementing business processes, policies, and reporting frameworks to support service planning, operational efficiency, and performance monitoring. The Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyse existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance patient outcomes. Additionally, the role involves managing business-led projects with ICT components, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating responses to information requests.
You will need: Extensive management skills in human and physical resources including the ability to motivate and lead others. Highly developed business analysis skills, including demonstrated experience in analysing business processes. Significant expertise in project management together with high level skills and extensive experience in the analysis and implementation of business process improvements.
