Contribute to the court by overseeing and assisting in the provision of administrative support to Court processes.
Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties Assist the Team Leader in the day-to-day operations in the Registry. Guide registry staff in the delivery of a high level of client service to court users. Oversee the lodgement, registration and listing of documentation in both the Criminal and General Division and Civil Division of the Court, ensuring the accurate and timely entry into court management systems. Ensure the accurate data entry of complex outcomes in CRIMES, together with verifying outcomes as required. Provide advice and information on the practices and procedures of the Court to the general public, practitioners, prosecutors and other stakeholders. Provide relief to Court Clerks in periods of leave, sick leave and high workload. Undertake the archiving of files including responding to the State Archivist concerning the management of those files. Contribute to the achievement of team objectives by working effectively in a small team. Assist with the implementation, development and enhancement of Branch and Division initiatives.
