Contribute to the successful delivery of the Magistrates Courts Reform Project including the development and implementation of Astria by providing administrative support to the project.

Period of Appointment: 2 Years.
Hours per fortnight: 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties: Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Project Officers including the preparation and formatting of documents, setting agendas, and taking of minutes. Offer support to the Project Manager and Project Officers by providing input into the development of procedures and templates and preparation and collation of background/briefing material as required. Undertake the recording, filing, and organisation of project documentation, including assistance in the preparation of reports relating to the project for the review of the Project Manager or Project Officers. Organise and schedule meetings, workshops, and functions as required. Arrange travel and accommodation logistics as required. Perform duties within the capacity, qualifications, and experience normally expected from persons occupying jobs at this classification level. Pre-employment Checks: The Head of State Service has determined that the person nominated for this vacancy is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion, or transfer. Disciplinary action in previous employment.
