Location: The Finance Services Officer undertakes administrative, transactional and reconciliation processes for the Agency invoices in accordance with relevant service standards, legislation and Agency policies and procedures.
The Role:
The Finance Services Officer works as a member of the Business Support team and operates under the general direction and supervision of the Team Leader - Business Operations.
The occupant of this position will primarily have responsibility for the administration and processing transactions for:
Invoices relating to clinical activities for Hospitals South and statewide locum engagement. Staff travel and other reimbursement claims. Details of appointment:
Fixed term, full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 31 December 2025.
*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $71,661 to $77,455 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022 . Benefits available to eligible candidates:
