The Role: Support the Department of Sub Acute and Ambulatory Care Leadership team to develop and implement departmental quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.
Drive department-level initiatives to address specific areas of concern relating to quality, clinical treatment, patient/client safety, risk management, and progress accreditation requirements.
Access, monitor, and evaluate department-level clinical data and indicators as required and provide relevant advice and recommendations to the leadership team.
Drive the use of co-design and consumer engagement within the department and champion the use of Patient Experience Data to focus improvement opportunities.
Details of Appointment: Permanent part time, day worker, working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary and Benefits: Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023.
Professional Development Allowance of up to $1000 per annum.
Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.
