Duties: Provide administrative, clerical and keyboard support, including the transcription of audio tapes, to the Officer-in-Charge and police personnel attached to Prosecution Services.
Coordinate the day-to-day File Disclosure activities.
Pre-Employment Checks: The Head of the State Service has determined that a person nominated for appointment to this position must satisfy a pre-employment check.
Relevant serious criminal offences may provide grounds for declining an application for appointment.
Such offences include: Arson and fire setting; Sexual offences; Dishonesty (e.g., theft, burglary, breaking and entering, fraud); Deception (e.g., obtaining an advantage by deception); Violent crimes and crimes against the person; Malicious damage and destruction to property; Trafficking of narcotic substances.
Qualifications: Knowledge and expertise consistent with qualifications recognised at Certificate 3 and 4 or equivalent level.
