The Register is established to provide the Department of Premier and Cabinet with a pool of experienced and skilled people who are available to work at short notice.

Positions Available: Administrative Support Assistant, Band 1
Salary Range: $51,647 - $62,702 pro rata, Tasmanian State Service Award, General Stream Band 1.
Duties include: To provide clerical and operational assistance to contribute to the efficient and effective management of the relevant office environment.
General Administrative Support, Band 2
Salary Range: $64,821 - $69,764 pro rata, Tasmanian State Service Award, General Stream 2.
Duties include: To undertake general administrative and clerical duties.
High-Level Administrative Support, Band 3
Salary Range: $72,605 - $78,481 pro rata, Tasmanian State Service Award, General Stream 3.
Duties include: Provide a comprehensive and high-level of administrative support which may include operating in an executive environment supporting senior managers, and/or providing project support to meet organisational objectives.
Executive Administrative Support, Band 4
Salary Range: $80,593 - $92,764 pro rata, Tasmanian State Service Award, General Stream 4.
Duties include: To provide high level executive and administrative support to allocated Executive members, senior managers, and other staff members.
Support the effective delivery of key division-wide business activities and processes, whilst ensuring the efficient flow of information within defined areas of responsibility.
