People Services Officer Internally Known as Employee Experience and Engagement Officer
Full Time - Ongoing
Catholic Education Tasmania are looking for a passionate and engaging candidate that can join a driven and energetic team in the provision of People Services initiatives across the Catholic education system.

As the People Services Officer, you will:
Enhance the overall employee experience and foster a positive work environment that drives engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
Support and promote the evolution of the employee lifecycle model.
Provide coaching, guidance and high level advice to managers in the attraction, performance and retention of employees to build organisational capability.
Specifically, as the People Services Officer you will be supporting the:
Development of Catholic educations Employee Value Proposition.
Recruitment activity across our School and College network.
Development of Employee Benefits, Wellbeing Programs and Diversity Events and Awareness.
Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:
Diploma in Human Resources and / or relevant equivalent experience.
Knowledge and experience in similar Human Resources role in a busy environment with competing demands.
Ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels within the organisation.
