We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates who can demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education for the following position:
Finance Officer Ongoing – 37.5 hrs per week
Commencing 28 January 2025 This ongoing position will work under the general supervision of the Principal and will require:
Effectiveness in financial and accounting functions (including accounts payable, accounts receivable and end of month procedures) Experience in preparing and analyzing budget and monthly financial reports Ability to follow specified policies, procedures, and internal control and audit processes Experience in maintaining personnel records and payroll systems for staff Proficiency in the use of computerized processing and commercial finance systems Strong time management and organizational abilities in an office environment Ability to work cooperatively within a wider team environment Commitment to personal and team effectiveness Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
