We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates who can demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education for the following position:
Finance OfficerOngoing – 37.5 hrs per week
Commencing 28 January 2025 This ongoing position will work under the general supervision of the Principal and will require:
Effectiveness in financial and accounting functions (including accounts payable, accounts receivable and end of month procedures)Experience in preparing and analyzing budget and monthly financial reportsAbility to follow specified policies, procedures, and internal control and audit processesExperience in maintaining personnel records and payroll systems for staffProficiency in the use of computerized processing and commercial finance systemsStrong time management and organizational abilities in an office environmentAbility to work cooperatively within a wider team environmentCommitment to personal and team effectivenessSalary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
