The Administrative Assistant provides efficient administration and support to Women's, Adolescent and Children's Services (WACS) clinical staff and carries out associated duties in relation to the administration of the Department.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the management of the administrative support systems for the Department's offices. Provide personal assistance as required by clinical staff of the Department and undertake tasks such as keyboard services (including audio typing), minute/note taking, preparation of correspondence and reports. Maintain diaries and registers of appointments. Responsible to WACS clinical staff for the efficient provision of administrative and clerical services. Directly responsible for individual tasks with overall direction and guidance provided by the Head of Department of Paediatrics and Nursing and Midwifery Nursing Director - WACS. Permanent, full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 27 January 2025. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $64,125 to $68,925 per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022 .
